Exchange Bank Announces Promotion of Lorrie Stephens
to Assistant Accounting Officer

Milledgeville, GA, March 25, 2026 — The Exchange Bank Board of Directors and John C. Childs, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, are pleased to announce the promotion of Lorrie Stephens to Assistant Accounting Officer.

Lorrie joined Exchange Bank in October 2018 as an Audit and Information Security Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University in 2015 and her Master of Accountancy in 2017. Prior to joining the bank, she worked with Nichols, Cauley & Associates, where she conducted financial audits for banking institutions.

Since joining Exchange Bank, Lorrie has served in a variety of roles, including Exchange Bankshares Administrator and responsibilities in Payroll and Benefits, while also contributing to numerous special projects. Throughout her tenure, she has supported multiple departments by streamlining processes and implementing more efficient technologies, helping strengthen internal operations across the organization.

Lorrie and her husband, Doug, have two children and are the owners of Edge Athletics, a cheer and tumbling facility in Milledgeville
