Exchange Bank Bill Pay
Exchange Bank understands our customers live busy lives and need a convenient way to pay bills and even make “Person to Person” transfers. Schedule a bill to be paid or send anyone money at any time. Depending on how the third party receives funds, we will either send the funds electronically or mail a check for you. You can schedule one-time payments or schedule re-occurring payments, so you never forget to pay a bill!

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
You must currently be enrolled in our internet banking service. Login to your Internet Banking account, click on the Bill Pay tab and elect to enroll in Bill Pay. From there, you can set up your payees and start scheduling transactions.
Is there a fee to use my Bill Pay service?
Exchange Bank does not charge a fee for Bill Pay services.
Are there dollar limits for Bill Pay Transactions?
Yes. There is a $1,000 daily limit on Person to Person transactions. Business payments can exceed this amount; however, do have a larger limit that will allow most transactions to process. If you find you have reached the limit, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 478-452-4531.
What is Voice Pay?
Voice pay allows you to send Exchange Bank Bill Pay transactions through your Amazon Alexa. You can set up your Voice Pay account in your account settings within the Bill Pay module. You will need your Amazon Account information to set this up.
