Exchange Bank Promotes Julia Little to Loan Compliance Officer

 

Milledgeville, GA – September 16, 2025 – Exchange Bank, a community bank serving Middle Georgia, is proud to announce the promotion of Julia Little to Loan Compliance Officer. This promotion reflects Exchange Bank’s continued commitment to recognizing talented team members who ensure excellence in customer service, compliance, and community banking.

Julia joined Exchange Bank in 2022 as a Loan Compliance Specialist, bringing nearly 18 years of banking experience. She began her career as a teller at First National Bank of the South and advanced her skills in branch operations, mortgage lending, consumer loans, and commercial loan processing. Most recently, Julia served as a Mortgage Loan Processor with Crescent Mortgage Company. At Exchange Bank, she has played a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance across lending services, ensuring the bank continues to provide safe and reliable financial services to the community.

Julia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia College and State University. She graduated in 2017 from the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA) Banking School at the University of Georgia and is currently attending the GBA Compliance School, further strengthening her expertise in banking compliance and financial regulations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julia is deeply rooted in the community. She is married to Baldwin County Commissioner and local musician, Scott Little, and together they are raising their five-year-old daughter, Emma Kate. Their family is actively involved in local events and organizations, reflecting Exchange Bank’s commitment to being a true community partner.
