Exchange Bank Announces Promotion of Jessica Snow to Assistant Vice President – Human Resources
Milledgeville, GA – January 12, 2026 – Exchange Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Snow to Assistant Vice President – Human Resources.
Snow joined Exchange Bank in 2011 as a Mortgage Processor and has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. Her career progression includes positions as Loan Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant within Human Resources and Accounting, Senior Administrative Assistant, and Human Resources Generalist I and II. In 2021, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager/Officer.
In 2023, Snow transitioned to Branch Manager/Lender at the Main Office to broaden her understanding of bank operations and further prepare for expanded leadership responsibilities. This experience strengthened her operational insight and reinforced her ability to support employees across all areas of the Bank.

As Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, Snow will continue to oversee a wide range of human resources functions, supporting employee development, organizational effectiveness, and the Bank’s ongoing focus on service excellence.
Outside of her professional role, Snow and her husband, Matt, are preparing to welcome a new addition to their family. Along with daughters Julianna and Jamilynn, they will be welcoming a baby girl, Mattie, this April.
