How to Enroll in E-Statements
Getting started is easy! Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Exchange Bank Online Banking or Mobile Banking App.
- Navigate to the account you want to enroll in E-Statements, then click Documents.
- On the Electronic Documents screen, you'll see "Accounts to Enroll." Ensure the correct account is selected, then click Enroll and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
Once enrolled, you'll receive an email each time a new statement is available, and you can access it securely online when you return to the Documents section of the app.

Will I still receive my statement by mail?
Once you enroll in E-Statements, paper statements will no longer be mailed unless you choose to change back to printed statements.
Can I switch back to paper statements if needed?
Yes, you can update your preferences anytime through Online Banking. To implement the change, navigate to the account's Settings and unenroll under Documents.
How long are my statements available?
You can access up to 18 months of past statements through Online Banking. Note: Only statements after you have enrolled will appear in your documents. Previously printed statements will not be saved in the app.
