Set up alerts for the notifications that matter most to you. Choose how you receive them—via email, text message (SMS), or push notification through our Mobile Banking App.

Managing your alerts is quick and easy! Simply log in to Exchange Bank Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App and navigate to Alert Preferences. Since alerts are set up at the account level, you can customize notifications for each of your accounts individually—ensuring you receive the alerts that matter most to you.

Alerts are sent shortly after a qualifying transaction is processed. While they are not instant, they provide timely updates to help you stay informed.
Yes! You can customize multiple alerts for each account to fit your needs. For example, you can set up a low balance alert and a debit transaction alert on the same account for extra awareness.
Simply log in to Exchange Bank Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App, navigate to Alert Preferences, and adjust your notifications as needed.
