Braselton Branch Grand Opening

Exchange Bank Celebrates Grand Opening of Braselton Branch

BRASELTON, GA, June 4, 2026 —Exchange Bank officially celebrated the grand opening of its newest branch in Braselton with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 2, welcoming community leaders, customers, business partners, and residents to the bank's new branch at 6700 Highway 53.

Founded in 1903, Exchange Bank has remained independently owned and operated under the same name for 123 years. The opening of the Braselton branch expands the bank's footprint to five locations, including two offices in Milledgeville and branches in Gray, Lake Oconee, and now Braselton.

The Braselton branch is Exchange Bank's newest investment in serving Georgia communities and expands the bank's footprint to Northeast Georgia. In late 2025, Exchange purchased the building previously known as the 6700 Building. Exchange Bank renovated and occupies the lower level of the building, while Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and Weissman remain at the location and continue serving clients from their upstairs offices.

"The reason we've reached 123 years is not because of a building, a logo, or even our history," said John C. Childs Jr., president and CEO of Exchange Bank. "It's because generations of Exchange Bank employees have shown up every day committed to serving others, building relationships, and doing the right thing. As we open our doors in Braselton, we remain committed to those same values and to being a trusted financial partner in this community for years to come."

The Braselton market is led by Tripp Conner, senior vice president and market president, who oversees the bank's growth, business development efforts, and community involvement throughout the region. Schaun Crane, vice president and commercial banker, leads the branch's commercial banking efforts, working with local businesses and commercial customers throughout the market. Niki Warren, branch supervisor, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Braselton office. The Braselton team also includes Aurora Carlyle, Amber Patterson, and Alexis Roberts, who serve customers from the bank's newest location.

"Braselton is a vibrant and growing community, and we're excited to be part of it," Conner said. "Our goal is to build lasting relationships and provide the local service and responsiveness that community banking is known for. We look forward to supporting local families, businesses, and organizations as we grow alongside the community."
