Exchange Bank Announces Promotion of Annie Folendore to Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA – July 23, 2026 – Exchange Bank's Board of Directors and President and CEO, John Childs Jr., are pleased to announce the promotion of Annie Folendore to Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations.
Folendore joined Exchange Bank in 2016 as a real estate loan processor. In July 2022, she assumed responsibility for supervising the Loan Servicing Department. Her exceptional management skills and dedication led to her promotion to Loan Servicing Manager in 2023. In 2024, she was promoted to Loan Operations Officer and has continued to play a vital role in the success of Exchange Bank's loan and mortgage operations team.
Over the past year, Folendore has been instrumental in implementing several major initiatives at Exchange Bank, including the bank's core system conversion and significant loan platform enhancements. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence have helped position the bank for continued growth and success.

Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Folendore studied English Education at Macon State College. She and her husband, Wes, are proud parents of two children, Wade (11) and Riley (9). The Folendore family is actively involved at Northridge Christian Church, where Annie serves on the preschool hall. She is also engaged in supporting her children's school, Georgia Military College Prep School. Her commitment to serving others extends into the community through her volunteer work with Meals on Wheels Baldwin County, where she delivers meals to local seniors.
